The Xtreme 2 SE offers over 70 exercises with 210 lbs of power rod resistance that’s upgradable to 310 lbs or even 410 lbs. The machine is protected by a 7-year machine warranty and a lifetime warranty for the power rods. It’s also one of the most compact machines of Bowflex. 

With this machine, no cable changes are needed between exercises. So, if you don’t have a lot of room and like quick changes between exercises, the Xtreme 2SE is a great option.
