The Bowflex Blaze and the Xtreme 2 SE are two home gym models from Bowflex. Both machines are designed to give you a full-body workout, but the Blaze has a horizontal bench which is a great advantage for traditional chest, abs, and leg exercises.

The Bowflex Blaze offers over 60 exercises with 210 lbs of resistance.
The machine comes with a 5-year machine warranty. If you are looking for a home gym with a horizontal bench press then the Blaze is a great option.
The Xtreme 2 SE offers over 70 exercises with 210 lbs of power rod resistance. The machine comes with a 7-year machine warranty and a lifetime warranty for the power rods. It’s also one of the most compact machines of Bowflex. With this machine, no cable changes are needed between exercises. The only thing we don’t like is the lack of a bench.
