The Weider Pro 6900 comes with 125 lbs weight stack and the machine can create 330 lbs of resistance.  The machine supports many upper and lower body exercises including leg press, leg extension, leg curl,  military press, shoulder press, lat pulldown, abs crunch, preacher curl. biceps curl, and cable triceps pushdown.
